Since 1995, Marc Houyoux has worked in the air quality field, enjoying the last 22 years at the Environmental Protection Agency within the Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. Having served as the Group Leader for the Emissions Inventory and Analysis Group since 2010, he has recently started as the Deputy Division Director within the Air Quality Assessment Division of EPA’s new Office of State Air Partnerships. His background includes degrees in chemical and environmental engineering, and the focus of his work has been to improve emissions data and its processing and analysis in support of air quality management.
