Vadim has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In Rosneft Oil Company, he led multiple large-scale oil and gas exploration and production projects in Sakhalin, the Russian Arctic Region, and internationally. He has in-depth experience in business development, project management, and governance. In the last 3 years, during his PhD program, he has been researching perspectives of renewables and low-carbon solutions in oil and gas companies to address the energy transition and decarbonization at the Russian Oil and Gas University of Gubkin. Vadim enjoys playing soccer, downhill skiing, painting, and reading philosophy.
