Troy Engstrom received his BA in Economics from Brigham Young University and MBA for Cornell University. He joined Chevron over 22 years ago and has worked in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, including stints in the Chevron Shipping Company, Downstream Strategy, Lubricants Supply Chain, and global Value Chain Optimization. For the past 10 years, Troy has been leading digital change with software selection, implementation, adoption, and data strategy. Since 2022, he has been leading the roadmap and execution of Lower Carbon digital initiatives across the Chevron enterprise, which includes emissions calculation & reporting, carbon footprinting, data strategy, and other innovations.
