Moved to a conglomerate, leading sourcing for the Latin America Region in a few different industries and managed Commercial Operations for the Healthcare division in the region, facing customers, managing supply chain, customer experience, process improvement, contract negotiations, customer collections, equipment delivery, installation and commissioning, managing channel partners and responsible for the region revenue forecast. Currently working at Baker Hughes (ex-GE O&G) as Global Strategic Sourcing Director, responsible for defining the commodity strategy & management of annual spend of $9B across 4 product companies.
